Plug Stem (Oval Center). When replacing an old Plug Stem, new 2” [50.8mm] Washer (DTK041) and 3” [76.2mm] Washer (DTK040) with an Oval Center Slot will be required.

Plug Stem Solid (Oval Center). When replacing an old Plug Stem, new 2” [50.8mm] Washer (DTK041) and 3” [76.2mm] Washer (DTK040) with an Oval Center Slot will be required.

Male Connector (for use with Quick Coupler Item # DTK023). When replacing an old Male Connector, new Quick Coupler (DTK023) will be required. Aluminum Oil Cooler (with 1 5/16” ORB Fittings on 40 3/8” [1025.5mm] centers). When replacing the old Oil Cooler, the top and bottom Mounting Brackets must be removed from the old Oil Cooler and welded onto the new Oil Cooler prior to installation.

The kit comes complete with everything required to pressure test most charge air coolers. With the Dura-Lite Tester-Kit, testing the charge air cooler will become as automatic as checking the oil and will give you confidence in knowing that an engine is performing at the required level.
